Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the US administration supports the development of dialogue with Moscow, while European countries refused contacts with Russia until the very last moment.
Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that Lavrov made these remarks at a meeting with the chief editors of Africa’s media.
According to the minister, although the administration of US President Donald Trump supports the delivery of weapons to Ukraine and the transfer of satellite intelligence data, it remains open to deepening dialogue with Russia. Lavrov also claimed that Europe categorically refused, until the very last moment, to establish ties with Moscow.
