Implementation of “ASAN service” in Cambodia is being accelerated

Implementation of Azerbaijan’s “ASAN service” model in Cambodia is being accelerated.

Postxronika.az reports, citing ASAN service, that the head of Azerbaijan’s State Agency, Ulvi Mammadyev, met with Cambodia’s minister of posts and telecommunications.

The meeting discussed the implementation of a memorandum of understanding, which envisages applying ASAN service experience for the provision of public services in Cambodia, as well as future areas of activity.

It should be noted that the relevant memorandum was signed between the parties in December 2025.
