“ASAN service” AI experiment presented at an international conference

An international conference dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in public administration was held in Istanbul, Turkey.
Postxronika.az reports, with reference to the ASAN service, that at an event jointly organized by the Astana State Service Center and the Ministry of the Interior and Security of the Republic of Korea, experiences on implementing innovations in government services of more than 10 countries were presented.
At the conference, the use of AI agents in public services, the prompt handling of citizens’ requests, and increasing the efficiency of services were discussed.
Participants were informed about the “ASAN service” innovative solutions and the initiatives implemented in the areas of applying artificial intelligence, improving services, and increasing citizen satisfaction.
