European countries worried by Russian provocations, but no NATO attack expected

European officials have said Russia is stepping up provocations, cyberattacks and other hybrid operations aimed at weakening support for Ukraine.
Postxronika.az reports, citing Reuters, that EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas said Russia is trying to undermine the West's position through airspace violations with drones, cyberattacks and covert operations.
European governments believe Moscow's main threat is not direct military attack, but covert activity aimed at unsettling Ukraine's allies and weakening Western unity. Kallas stressed the importance of tightening sanctions against Russia, including measures targeting its "shadow fleet" and military-industrial complex.
