Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to engage with all parties to resolve the Ukraine conflict through a peaceful settlement. The Kremlin said the issue of possible participation by European countries in negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine has not been discussed in detail for now.
Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that this was stated by Russian President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, at a certain stage of the talks, Europe’s involvement may be necessary, but at present no specific discussions are being held on this matter.
Peskov also said that Russia’s and Ukraine’s ombudspersons Yana Lantratova and Dmitry Lubinets are actively cooperating on a number of issues, including a humanitarian mission being carried out in the town of Alyoshki in the Kherson region.
