Tax revenues from the non-oil and gas sector increase by 12.6%

In January–September 2026, tax revenues to the state budget totaled 13 billion 630.4 million manats, which is 913.4 million manats more than the forecast. Compared with the same period of 2025, revenues rose by 1 billion 174.6 million manats, or 9.4%.
Postxronika.az reports, citing the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, that 10 billion 332.6 million manats in taxes were collected to the budget from the non-oil and gas sector, which is 1 billion 159.3 million manats, or 12.6%, higher than in the corresponding period of the previous year. During the reporting period, more than 5 billion 59.7 million manats were collected in mandatory state social insurance contributions, over 179.9 million manats in unemployment insurance contributions, and nearly 758.8 million manats in compulsory health insurance contributions. Forecasts for the relevant payments were also exceeded.
