Ryabkov: Britain risks becoming a de jure party to the Ukraine conflict
NQ
Britain's growing and multifaceted support for Ukraine risks moving London from being a de facto party to the Ukraine conflict to a de jure one.
Postxronika.az reports, citing TASS, that this was said by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov in comments to journalists.
According to him, London's assistance to Kyiv contradicts the requirements of a number of bilateral and multilateral legal-political documents.
Ryabkov sternly warned Britain about the consequences of further escalation, saying it poses a risk to the country's own security.
The diplomat noted that Moscow has laid out its position on the matter in detail in a note presented to Britain's diplomatic representative in Russia.
