Experience of “ASAN service” presented at international forum in Khankendi

In Khankendi city, an international forum is being held on the theme “SOCGOV 2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance,” organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. At the respected event, the head of the State Agency, Ulvi Mahdiyev, highlighted the contributions of the “ASAN service” model to simplifying administrative procedures in public administration and strengthening citizens’ trust. On the international platform, extensive discussions were held on digital transformation in social governance, AI-based decision-making, and citizen-focused service models.

Postxronika.az reports, citing ASAN service, that within the framework of the forum, panel discussions dedicated to the application of artificial intelligence to public services were organized jointly by the State Agency and Qarabagh University. The events emphasized that, under the leadership of the “ASAN AI Hub,” the key purpose of digital technologies is to provide citizens with more accurate, fair, and prompt services. As part of the program, “TEDx”-style debates, discussions of thematic working groups, and presentations by partner organizations also took place.
